It's Today: The RiftMu Grand Opening Is Live
No more countdown. Today β Friday 28 August 2026 at 15:00 CEST, 20:00 Vietnam time β the RiftMu Permanent Realm opens its gates for real. Season 21 Part 2-3, a medium EXP rate, loot that drops because you actually played, and a world that never wipes. Months of alpha and beta went into this day, and the character you roll today is the character you keep.

We Did Not Rush This One
A lot of MU Online servers open the week they are announced, run straight into a wall of broken quests and crashing events, and quietly disappear a month later. We went the boring route instead: a long alpha, then an open beta, with real players hammering on everything while we took notes.
And we fixed a lot. Many, many issues β reported by testers, found in our own logs, or spotted by staff who play this game as much as you do. Broken drops, weird skill behaviour, events that did not start on time, quests that refused to complete, shop and website glitches, client crashes, balance that felt off. Every round of testing made the next round shorter, and the last stretch was mostly polish instead of firefighting. That is exactly how it is supposed to look before a grand opening.
π§ͺ Alpha, Then Beta
Two full testing phases before opening day, not one rushed weekend. Testers broke things on purpose so you would not have to break them by accident.
π οΈ Many Fixes Shipped
Drops, skills, quests, events, the client and the website β issue after issue found, patched and re-tested until it stayed fixed.
βΎοΈ It Never Wipes
No seasonal shutdown, no reset button waiting on a calendar. What you earn tonight is still yours next summer.
β‘ Medium EXP Rate
Levels actually move β you feel progress every session β but the climb still means something. No grind wall, no instant max level either.
Over a Million Parameters β So Yes, Bugs Can Still Slip Through
Here is the honest part, because you deserve honest. A MU Online server is not one setting you flip on. It is over one million parameters: every monster, every map, every drop table, every item option, every skill value, every event timer, every quest step. A million-plus little numbers that all have to agree with each other.
We tested hard and we fixed a huge amount. But nobody β no server, anywhere β catches every single edge case before opening day. Somewhere out there a specific monster on a specific map is going to drop something strange, or one quest step will not tick for one class. That is normal. What matters is what happens next.
How to Report a Bug So It Gets Fixed Fast
You do not need to write an essay. A good report takes 30 seconds and helps us more than ten vague ones:
- What happened? One sentence. "Quest 3 for Dark Knight will not complete."
- Where? The map and spot, or the NPC name. "Devias, Priest Sevina."
- Your character. Name, class and level β that lets us look straight at your data.
- When? Roughly what time, so we can match it to the server logs.
- A screenshot. Press Print Screen and drag the image into Discord. A picture beats a paragraph every time.
One rule: please do not exploit a bug you find β report it instead. Abusing a broken drop or a broken price is the one thing that can cost you your account, and it makes the fix slower for everybody else. Report it, get thanked, keep playing.
Your First Hour on Opening Day
- β Make your account on the register page β do it before 15:00, not at 15:00.
- β Download and patch the client from the download page now, so a slow install does not eat your opening hours.
- β Pick your main. All 16 Season 21 classes are open β the guide library covers them with this server's real settings.
- β Check the event schedule. Blood Castle, Devil Square, Chaos Castle and the rest run all day and feed you jewels and materials.
- β Peek at the success rates page before you burn jewels β every combine sits at 65% or higher, and the numbers come straight from the live server files.
- β Grab your friends. Bosses and invasions pay out best for organised parties, and today is the day guilds get built.
Why Day One Is the Best Day to Join
Opening day on a fresh MU Online server hits different, and today is that day. Everyone is online at the same time, so the early maps are packed and party spots fill in seconds. The market starts at absolute zero β the first players farming are the first players selling. Guilds form on the spot, and the crews that squad up today are the ones fighting over Castle Siege in a few weeks. First on the leaderboards, first names people recognise, first banners on the map: that all gets decided starting now.
