All 10 Option Jewels Now Drop In Game
RiftMu's ten option jewels, from Jewel of Max HP up to Jewel of Combo Power, now drop in game on both realms. Every Blood Castle, Devil Square, Chaos Castle, Illusion Temple, Doppelganger and Imperial Fort reward now adds a jewel, and so do the world bosses, Golden Invasions, guild events and raid bosses. Hunting pays jewels too, with a daily limit per character on every map. The jewels' number is their rarity: jewel 1 and 2 come easily, and jewel 10 is the hardest find in the game.
The new drops arrive on the Permanent Realm and the 9999x Speed Realm with the next server restart. The Speed Realm drops every jewel three times as often. RiftMu is a free-to-play MU Online private server: you can earn every one of these jewels by playing.
The Jewel Ladder: 1 Is Common, 10 Is Rarest
Each option jewel adds one extended option to a weapon, shield or armour piece, or raises it one step. Every step is 100% success. The custom jewels guide explains the system in full.
| Jewel | Per jewel | Jewels to max one item |
|---|---|---|
| 1Jewel of Max HP | +100 Max HP | 3,000 (+300,000 HP) |
| 2Jewel of All Stats | +1 to every stat | 8,500 |
| 3Jewel of Defense | +1 Defense | 255 |
| 4Jewel of Max SD | +1 Max SD | 255 |
| 5Jewel of Poison | 1% chance on hit to poison the target for 1 second | 1 |
| 6Jewel of Elemental Damage | +1% elemental damage | 255 |
| 7Jewel of Reflect | Reflects +1% of damage taken | 5 |
| 8Jewel of Double Damage | +1% double damage chance | 5 |
| 9Jewel of Skill Power | +1% skill damage | 10 |
| 10Jewel of Combo Power | +1% combo damage | 50 |
An item holds up to 10 extended options. All ten jewels are bound to the character that picks them up.
Six Reward Pools, From Starter to Legend
Every event or boss reward rolls one of six jewel pools and always pays a jewel. Harder content rolls the richer pools. The table shows the chance of each jewel per roll and, for the common jewels, how many you get at once.
| Jewel | Starter | Veteran | Champion | Legend | Boss | Raid boss |

| 1 Max HP | 42% (x3) | 29% (x4) | 20% (x5) | - | 48% | 55% |

| 3 Defense | 12% | 16.4% (x2) | 15% (x3) | 17% (x5) | 12% | 18% |
| 4 Max SD | 8% | 13.2% (x2) | 12.3% (x3) | 16% (x5) | 8% | 13% |
| 5 Poison | 3% | 7% | 10% | 13% | 1.5% | 6% |
| 6 Elemental Damage | 1.5% | 5% | 8.5% | 12% | 0.5% | 4.5% |
| 7 Reflect | 0.5% | 3% | 8% | 11.5% | - | 2% |
| 8 Double Damage | - | 1% | 4.5% | 10.5% | - | 1% |

| 10 Combo Power | - | 0.1% | 1.2% | 10% | - | 0.05% |
Some rewards pay bigger stacks of the common jewels: first place in Devil Square, Chaos Castle 1-4, 6 and 7, Illusion Temple, the Doppelganger final chest, Imperial Fort, Blood Castle 5, Lord of Ferea, God of Darkness, Selupan, the CryWolf heroes and the Icewind winning master.
Where the Jewels Drop
Events
Event levels follow your character level (normal plus master level). Devil Square, Doppelganger, Imperial Fort and Boss Battle Together pick the pool from your level: up to 799 Starter, 800-1299 Veteran, 1300 and up Champion.
| Event | Jewel pool | Who gets it |
|---|---|---|
| Blood Castle | 1-2 Starter · 3-5 Veteran · 6-7 Champion | The weapon carrier and every party member still inside |
| Chaos Castle | 1-2 Starter · 3-4 Veteran · 5-7 Champion | The winner |
| Devil Square | By level; places 1-4 roll your level's pool, other finishers one step lower | Every ranked player |
| Illusion Temple | 1-2 Starter · 3-4 Veteran · 5-6 Champion | The event reward |
| Doppelganger | By level (middle chests one step lower) | The chest opener |
| Imperial Fort | By level | The clearer |
| Boss Battle Together | By level, in every bonus box | Every damage dealer, plus top damage and last hit |
| Labyrinth of Dimensions | Lower box Starter · Medium Veteran · Higher Champion | The box opener |
| CryWolf | Heroes Champion (on top of their Skill Power) · Elf altar Veteran | The top-5 heroes of a successful defence |
| Acheron Guardian · Arca Battle | Acheron Champion · Arca winning masters Legend, losing masters Champion | Per obelisk · guild masters |
| Castle Siege | Winning master Legend · alliance and losing masters Champion | Guild masters |
| Icewind Valley | Winning master Champion · winning members Veteran · losing players Starter | Members present at the end |
| Guild Battle | Winning master Legend · members Champion · losing players Starter | When two or more guilds fight; a solo boss clear pays Starter |
| Last Man Standing | Winner Veteran (Speed Realm level 1351+ room: Champion) · fighters Starter | Fighters with score 6+ |
| Hide and Seek · Scramble Words | Starter (Hide and Seek round 3 Veteran) | The winner |
Losing-side Icewind, Guild Battle and Last Man Standing jewels, Hide and Seek and Scramble Words need 10 resets or more. Daily event entries stay as they are: for example Blood Castle and Devil Square 5 a day and Chaos Castle 2 a day on the Permanent Realm.
Bosses and invasions
| Monster | Jewel pool |
|---|---|
| Kanturu Nightmare | Legend |
| Lord of Ferea, God of Darkness, Selupan (Raklion) | Champion, bigger stacks |
| Abomination, KingZ Lion, Pharaoh, Hollow Knight, Rathian Boss, Giant Ogre, Poison Tree, Green Dragon | Raid boss |
| Ice Queen, Furious Dragon, Cerberus, Silver Wolf, Red Wolf, Rathian Ghost, Golden Rathian, Giant Treasure | Boss |
| Golden Invasion monsters (9 invasions a day) | Boss |
World bosses already drop Jewels of Max HP and All Stats; the jewel pool comes on top of that loot. On the Permanent Realm every party member in range rolls their own world-boss loot; on the Speed Realm most world bosses roll their loot once for the whole party.
Hunting: daily jewel drops on every map
Every ordinary monster on all 64 hunting maps, from Lorencia and Lost Tower to Ferea and Raklion of Oblivion, can now drop four jewels. Each character has a daily limit. The drop chance is scaled to how fast each map is hunted, so slow, tough maps drop them more often per kill than fast ones.
| Jewel | Permanent Realm | Speed Realm |
|---|---|---|
| Jewel of Max HP | 20 a day | 60 a day |
| Jewel of All Stats | 10 a day | 30 a day |
| Jewel of Defense | 8 a day | 24 a day |
| Jewel of Max SD | 6 a day | 18 a day |
The limit resets every day. Swamp of Destruction, Aquilas Temple and Raklion of Oblivion keep their own extra daily drops of Max HP and All Stats on top.
Speed Realm: Three Times the Jewels
- 🎲 Every event, boss and invasion reward rolls the jewel pool 3 times instead of once.
- ⛏️ Hunting drops come 3x as often, with 3x the daily limit (table above).
- 🗓️ The Speed Realm also allows more event entries a day than the Permanent Realm, so the gap is bigger still.
Fair Play: Jewels Reward Players, Not Bots
- 🔒 All ten jewels are bound: they cannot be traded, sold in a personal store, stored in the warehouse or dropped.
- ⏱️ Hunting drops have a daily limit, so a character left farming all day gets no more than a player who hunts for three hours.
- 🏰 The rarest pools sit behind wins in hard, contested content, and every event keeps its daily entry limit.
- 🛡️ Free-entry losing sides and chat events pay only the Starter pool, and only to characters with 10+ resets.
