The wait is over. On Friday 28 August 2026 at 15:00 CEST — 20:00 Vietnam time — the RiftMu Permanent Realm opens officially. The last few weeks were the beta and bug-fixing stretch; from this moment the realm runs for real, and it is the world that never wipes.

Why This Opening Is Different From a Seasonal Launch
Seasonal realms are sprints — they run hot for a few weeks and then close. The Permanent Realm is the opposite: it is built to be the place your account lives for years. Nothing here gets deleted at the end of a season, no reset button is waiting on a calendar, and the guild you build in September is still standing next spring. That is exactly why the official opening matters more than a seasonal one: the character you roll on Friday is the character you keep.

The base stat ceiling is 60,000, and a focused PvP or PvM build can push toward roughly 65,000 once gear, sockets and buffs stack on top. Builds have room to actually differ from each other.
🐉 Bosses That Bite Back
Bosses hit harder on the Permanent Realm and jewels drop at medium rates. Kills are earned with a party and a plan, which is what makes the loot mean something.
The Last Few Weeks Were the Shakedown
Opening a server properly means breaking it first. The run-up to this date was a beta and bug-fixing period, and the results are public: 134 fixes across 26 updates, covering client crashes, random disconnects, Extra Damage behaviour in PvP, the Chaos Machine and the reset system. How to Be Ready When the Gates Open
- Create your account on the register page now — opening minutes are for playing, not for filling in forms.
- Download and patch the client from the download page before Friday, so a slow install does not cost you the first hours.
- Pick your main in advance. The guide library covers all 16 Season 21 classes with the settings this server actually runs.
- Line up a party or guild. Boss timers and event slots reward groups that show up organised.
- Skim the event schedule so you know what is running on opening night — Blood Castle, Devil Square, Chaos Castle, Icewind and the rest.
Coming From the Speed Realm?
The Summer 2026 Speed Realm season has ended, and it was always meant to feed into the permanent world: up to two characters per account were exported into the Permanent Realm when the season closed.
