This bag can never fire on the live server. Nothing on the live server hands this box out: no registered drop table, monster kill bag, event reward or obtainable box contains it, no switched-on event drop row lists it, and only BattleCore.xml names it, as a league reward that is paid only on a BattleCore GameServer (GameServer.ini ServerType = 4), which none of the live GameServers runs, so it can never be opened.
